Booked this room on hotwire... which may have been my mistake. Staff was nice, but.... It was advertised to have a hot breakfast, and it did not have anything but breads for toasting and cold cereal. I did not drink any coffee, but their juice machine was out of every flavor, so the "juice" that came out was colored water. The room didn't have a phone, so when we discovered that there was hair in our tub, we were missing a pillow, and the bed linens were dirty (dirt smeared on the pillow cases), we had to walk back to the fr... read more
A well aged room. The parking lot was a disaster. Shower head sprayed water over most of the bathroom. The tv could not connect with the “service”.
We literally were told to “call the police” by the front desk after we politely asked if we could change rooms bc our neighbors were blasting music after midnight. The front desk said “I’m from Compton just deal with it” and even after we spoke to the manager he moved us to a room that smelled like cigarettes and vomit. Overall a -1/5 stars experience DO NOT STAY HERE. Also the towels have stains. This place was a HUGE mistake to book.
