Really great management! The building does a great job and our neighbors were nothing but fantastic. My biggest issues, there is not a dog friendly play area and the traffic on plams can be pretty annoying to deal with.
Received prompt service with getting my drain unstopped and my window fixed. Yay!! :)
Living here will be the biggest mistake of your life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Management forced us to do balcony repairs and they took over our entire living space for over a month from 9-5 and disrupted our right to quiet enjoyment of our home. Their lead manager Cheri is unresponsive, lacks communication and is not a good person to deal with. The repairmen also ruined my $400 rug and they are refusing to take accountability.
