I lived here at this apartment at the beginning of this year. Let me tell you what happened to me. Before I signed the contract, they showed me the demo studio which was nice, then when I moved in they put me into another unit that's near smart and finals. You can read the other reviewers' reviews (including the filtered one). Car peeping, late night fighting in that parking lot, pressure wash, you name it.
