I found this dental clinic through my insurance and have been very happy with them. Everyone is personable. The cleaning is excellent and I get good, useful feedback. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist in the Clarence area.
Wish we found them first ! … we went with a more corporate feel dentistry when we moved back to buffalo that was recommended to us by family member. We started to feel like a number. I just had my first cleaning at Clarence center family dental and instantly at walk in you don’t get the corporate vibe. It has a house atmosphere and immediately the staff greets you with smiles. Been coming here for years. I'm a wuss with my teeth and they are wonderful! Great bedside manner. Fast. Everyone is pleasant from phone calls, to reception, to the docs themselves.
Previous experience was that as a new patient, I would need to wait some time to get in to see the Dentist. I called on a Monday to explain my front tooth was chipped over the weekend. They were so very efficient if getting me an appointment (another patient had cancelled),checking insurance coverage and all very pleasant. The Dentist did a fine job with fixing my chipped tooth. I had a cleaning with the hygienist (can’t remember her name, though she did introduce herself. She was very pleasant and informative and did an excellent job quite quickly. I look forward to my next visit with her.
