Entire office staff friendly, courteous and efficient. Hygienists were polite, non judgmental and very good at their job. Both Dentists are extremely proficient and explained all options in a straight forward, professional manner. State of the art equipment, fast friendly service. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly recommend.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. This was my first visit and I will return as need arises. The dentist was very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. She answered all my questions and provided me with option for an upcoming decision. I would highly recommend this establishment for all dental needs.
They were able to accommodate us for an emergency appointment and the staff was very courteous and pleasant right from setting up the appointment to treating the issue. Nice ambience as well.
I am forever indebted to Dr. Rachel for giving me such a professional and caring experience while she made me my new dentures. She truly listened to me and understood what I had been through with my first provider where I had a horrible experience that lasted a year. Clarence Dental is absolutely perfect for the dentist phobic in your home. They understand the fears that many of us have about sitting in that chair. They are profess, comforting, open to your needs and excellent all around dentists. For someone who had those fears snd needed much work done, they fit my fears and needs perfectly. I highly, highly recommend.

Went to Clarence Center Family Dental to receive a second opinion. Another Dental group recommended a ceramic/porcelain filling which would not be covered by my insurance ($985 out of pocket), and they did not provide alternatives. I met with Dr. Rachel at Clarence Center Family Dental, and she recommended getting a crown instead. Not only was the crown better for my tooth but it was fully covered by my insurance! She did an awesome job and it was completed on the spot in less than an hour.
Always punctual and friendly. Dentist very gentle.
I wouldn’t trust any other dentist to keep my teeth in tip-top shape. And the office staff is super friendly and incredibly efficient. For once, it is a pleasure to go to the dentist!
