Dr. Rachel and the assistant were excellent. The receptionists were friendly and prompt.
The staff was very friendly, professional, very inviting. It was extremely clean spacious . Great experience!
This was my first time at this practice and they couldn’t have been any better. My babysitter cancelled so I was worried about bringing my two young boys in but was told don’t worry. While I was examined staff members were patient, courteous and helpful so the boys didn’t get into trouble. Besides that they were very thorough and provided excellent dental care. Can’t wait to go back without the kids next time.
Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend both Dr. Jeff and Dr. Rebecca, along with the hygienists. .
My visit was great on time everyone was very kind the and it went very well.The girl that cleaned my teeth is wonderful I’m sorry I forgot her name I believe Laura she is amazing.i have alot of issues with gagging and she has made it very easy for me she is very friendly and kind very happy with her Dr Jeff was very kind also no complaints very satisfied with it all
I made appointment in May for dental work. Omg. The front office staff greeted me as a new patient. Asked me basic question and undated my winter address. Dr Rachel was awesome and a student was observing my crown and work that needed to be completed. Met my dental assistant and she did and awesome job. Never disappointed in any aspect of my care. Have scheduled my follow up appointment for next year,
I had to be seen on an emergency dental issue. Hannah and Dr. Rachel quickly assessed my issue, treated it and followed through on next steps. This is exactly how you build a great practice by caring for your patients and following through. I had a great experience with the Doctor and entire staff at Clarence Center Family Dental.
Went to this dentist for the first time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience!
