Claremont Toyota & Tony Sanchez are superb
Tony was great. He kept me informed throughout the day about my airbag replacement. I was dropped off and picked up by the shuttle service. The day was smooth for me. I haven't been to the dealership for years due to prior service, but Tony really restored my faith in Claremont Toyota.
The car service was done well but it took two hours for the oil change to get done, so the waiting was long.
Talk about rude!!! Definitely not going back to this dealership.
RecommendedSales team and Mgr are great.. Would buy another vehicle here with no hesitation...
I have never had to deal with a dealership that is like Claremont Toyota. I have bought from many others. Ford, Honda, Audi Mercedes lamborghini Ferrari etc... and never have I had to leave with anything less than a full tank, and in addition not oem tires as Bridgestone or pirreli that came with the car. Instead some cheap Chinese’s 25 dollar tire that will put my son at risk on the road and in addition only one key. All I know you guys reprogrammed it and sold my key it. Went to Claremont Toyota today not expecting to buy, just look and the nicest young salesman, Jacob Santos showed us all the cars we were interested in, took us for a test drive and after a couple of hours gave us a great deal on a 2018 RAV4! Thank you again Jacob!
