I usually do not like car dealerships because most of them are vultures. But when we arrived we were greeted by Jay. Very nice and respectful. Was not pushly at all. We walked in just looking at to see what options we had. Ralfie ( I think that was his name) was amazing we gave him a price and he came back lower than expected. So we drove home in a 2019 Highlander... Super Happy !!!!
