My experience at Caremax was great in all sense.
I am a new patient of Dr. Jose A. Fontes. I'm very pleased with him, he's a gentleman, well mannered and pay attention to the patient. The reception and call answering is another story, specially a place that has elderly patients. It's a shame that calls aren't answered, especially in the afternoons. I've called for about two hours straight, and they don't answer. When they do, they turn a deaf ear when you tell them you've been calling for a while, only to tell you the phones are working fine. You can’t get them on the phone. When you get them on the phone they still make you waste your time. The phone system doesn’t work. You need referrals for any little thing. This is unacceptable.
