I was a patient there a couple of years ago and was very happy with the doctor Amado Saad De la Torre and his willingness to give me referrals and tests needed. Unfortunately I moved to another county and had to stop. I now want to go again but they don't answer the phone

La peor clínica de Claremedica que he contactado!!!Un desastre,nunca me había demorado tanto en una llamada con la recepcionista de un centro médico que te mantiene en hold de 40 min hasta adelante.Por favor hago un llamado al manager de la clínica para mejorar el servicio,si no hacen nada el servicio seguirá empeorando,es una lástima,y a los pacientes y demás personas que llamamos es desesperante la espera y angustiante sin poder acudir a nadie más,después inclusive te cuelgan la llamada y ni se disculpan.
Imposible comunicarse por teléfono cada vez k llamas te ponen en espera más de 1 hora perdida de tiempo total deberían contratar más personal solo para las llamadas mejoren su servicio o seguirán perdiendo pacientes
Good luck getting your phone call answer. I was calling to make an appointment and called several times and no one dare to pick up the phone, then they schedule an appointment for me without even consulting with me if the day they chose would work for me … doctors are great just the front desk personnel is bad
