Moved in here in september 26, first impression is the exeptional staff. Helpul, friendly end very professional. The facilities are spotless at all times, and the gym clearly being recently refurbished is a gem. The pool and rooftop is an added bonus. Highly recommended
Visited our nice here. What a nice secure building
I have lived here for a number of years, and I love it here. The location cannot be beat. The pool on the roof is amazing! A friend/neighbor stated that he only wants to leave with his feet out. Meaning that he only wants to leave when he dies. We have some fantastic front desk staff. The lobby renovation is complete. The residents are interesting and intelligent. It is wonderful place for DC dignitaries, professionals, and families.
Very nice renovated lobby, gym and pool, theater and close to Pentagon’s Costco with an easy ride on the yellow line. Close to two metro stations; Chinatown and the archive.
My family and I have lived here for a year and can't wait to leave. Lobby and gym renovation took 4 months longer than scheduled, we can smell out neighbors smoking marijuana on a regular basis, and members of the front desk staff give inconsistent answers to problems.
