If I could give negative stars I would! My daughter and myself were looking at things and one of the makeup boxes she picked up was broken. The skinny blonde with blue highlights walks over grabs the box off the shelf and starts cussing and screaming slamming it on the counter. Mind you the store is full of children. Every time I have been in this location it is very clean. The girls that work there are very helpful and friendly! The girl that did my ear piercing was very friendly and did a great job, she was very professional as they all are. You need good place for piercings or your jewelry needs…I would definitely recommend this store!
Ok, so this woman who looks no older than 29, had a tattoo, black hair, and 2 nose rings in her 1 piercing working Thursday, July 25th, 2024, was no help to me or my mom. She stood there and "looked pretty" being no use at all, then proceeded to get on her phone. We went to the galleria mall Claire's after because they are so much nicer. If you're going to have a job somewhere, at least try to look happy and be helpful.
Stopped in on Thursday and this really over made up snobby cashier was working. I kindly asked her to wait until I could figure out my log in information before scanning the product and she didn't listen and stood there giving me dirty looks. I ended up going to the Galleria and getting what I wanted. I would rather take my business elsewhere. They are definitely unprofessional and don't care about their business or buyers.
