Absolutely wonderful experience! I took my 7 year old to get her ears pierced and Erica, the store manager, did a fantastic job. She was professional, informative and made my daughter feel comfortable during the whole process. 10 out of 10 recommend!
Do not get your ears pierced here! I brought my daughters, one got their second holes and one piercing was higher and closer than the other. My second daughter had previous holes that closed up, so she just needed the hole repierced. The girl somehow missed the hole and totally messed up my daughters piercing. It was very upsetting… my daughter cried, we paid and left.
