Quaint, charming restaurant, right in the heart of Estes Park. Food was fantastic - loved the French onion soup. Service was great. Will definitely be back!

The food was absolutely wonderful but the staff wasn't especially friendly, even though we were one of only 4-5 tables. No one seemed to smile much or acknowledge us leaving. We walked past 2 employees when we were leaving and they didn't say a word. I finally turned around and said "Thank you!" We've been here before (in the spring) and I do not recall experiencing unfriendly staff so that was a disappointment. Red-head server incredibly rude two days in a row at this restaurant. Was in for lunch yesterday and experienced her attitude and then again this morning because I had the audacity to ask for the cup of coffee I had ordered 20 MINUTES earlier. You are understaffed, we get it so when you aren't taking care of a customer, apologize and take care of it. Don't make excuses and then call your customers rude. Won't ever come here again. Food is good but I don't want a side of rudeness and insults with every meal.
