Even in a light rain it was still worth eating on the porch, the strawberry cream cheese waffles were awesome
Ok so there was a glitch in the service. Order got lost, don’t know but they got in it quick and fixed it. The food was delicious ! I had the prime rib sandwich and son had the salmon. Delicious. The manager was gracious as was the rest of the staff. Things happen. It’s how an organization recovers that matters. And so I give them 5 stars without reservation. Beautiful scenery. Wonderful food. Great service. We’ll be back.
Our server did well but noticed lots of unhappy people with their server and one couple sat for almost 15 minutes with no one approaching them with even a glass of water. They got up and told hostess on their way out and she just loooked at them. The lemon blueberry pancakes are great and the caprese Benedict was awesome. The gravy on biscuits and gravy was kind of gross. My son liked his chicken fried the steak. The potatoes were very good also.
