I’ve shopped at Claire’s countless times and always had great experiences, but today was an absolute nightmare. I walked into this location and was immediately greeted with complete indifference. There was a woman shopping, but no one was at the counter, so I said “hello” — no response whatsoever. We came to have our 4yo’s ears pierced here and were concerned that it wouldn’t hurt, and I’m so glad we came because they were so gentle and made the process fast and painless. I could not be happier!
This is my third time dealing with Erin A at the Rancho Cordova store. She is consistently rude, uninformative, and extremely disconnected from what is going on in the store around her. I consistently try to be kind and encouraging and interactive with her, and she constantly appears to be put out and bothered that I am there. OMG!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Alexa was FANTASTIC!!!!! Took my daughter in the get her ears double pierced for her 13th Birthday. Alexa immediately greeted us with a warm smile. She showed us the many options for the earring choice. She carefully and methodically explained the process to my daughter step- by-step.
