The lady peireced my toddlers ears very uneven. One side is noticeably lower to wear the earing is basically off of her earlobe the other side is up very high. I didnt realize it until i got home that day. I dont recommend this place at the mall.
Bonnie is beyond amazing at piercing! She did a 12 year old’s ears today. Had the first one done before Mother and daughter even knew she had started. She really made it easy and made a birthday gift extra special! Thanks, Bonnie!

The clerk checking us out acted like she never worked there and refused to try our coupons and eventually after a few minutes of explaining to her to try the coupons before "assuming" she knew, she decided to finally try the coupons only for them to work without any issues. Very unprofessional IMO.
