RecommendedDr.Rubin has been my Doctor since 1992 except for ten years that I lived in San Diego. While living there I missed his care greatly. He is of the most knowledgeable in his field. Kind, personable, caring & the reason why I drive 68 miles to see him. I highly recommend he & his staff!
