after 15 years in her care, i moved and sadly had to change dentists. after seeing a new dentist, to my astonishment, i needed 5 root canals and 8 crowns.my front tooth had been turning black, because dr. giordano (and i use dr. cautiously) had filled aprevious cavity without completely removing the decay. i live on a fixed income, and so far have paid over 5000 dollars ,with many more dollars to follow,to repair her oversights. this does not mention destruction that was done to my teeth.
Totally ruined my mouth and the mouths of my entire family. After 16 years my insurance changed, and was forced to see a new dentist. Thank god! I was informed that fillings were made over cavities, and old fillings were never completely removed. I now need 7 root canals and have 13 cavities, and was only in her office 8 months ago! It is going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix the damage she has caused. A very nice lady, and a very nice staff. Very Clean . . . But a very bad dentist.
Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only did the fillings I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!
