I worked with Ryan and Christa on my claim, which was submitted recently. I really was only expecting my claim to be just a replacement roof, but there was damage all over my home and they advocated for me when it came to my biggest investment. The initial meeting was fabulous, they inspected my roof and siding and helped me file a claim. The roof was put on pretty fast but the rest of the process took a year to accomplish. The company did understand my issues and problems with the lack of communication and covered some siding and gutters.
They did a great job for us and I wasn't even home. I sent a check for 1/2 down, they did the work in a day, and after they sent me pictures of the new roof I sent final payment. Painless. And was very happy with the work. Would definitely recommend.
