We had the worst service we have ever had anywhere! But, I have to say the food, once it was delivered, was very good.
Food was great. Ribeye, potato cakes, salad. Went to one close to LA years ago. Never been disappointed. Great service!!!
The food is beyond words. The simplest meals are transformed into a gourmet meal.
Absolutely terrible experience. Over 1.5 hours before COLD food came, apparently it takes over an hour to produce a glass of seltzer water... Salad plates and menus were never picked up. Totally ruined my brothers birthday. I ended up going to get hot fresh food and eating it INSIDE claim jumpers so I could eat with my family. #CAREERENDER
Went there for my husband's birthday. Reservations for 14 at 6. Started getting our food at 7:30. No movie for us. Then my sister got her food...cold. she left and went to Canes and brought her chicken fingers back to the restaurant to eat.
waitress basically ignored our table. We placed our order and she brought our drinks. A different waitress ended up bring us our food. Finally came to our table and we had to ask for refills. We asked if we were supposed to get bread and she laughed and said they did not have any when we were seated. Saw other people with bread. Disappointed
One of our orders was a large coconut shrimp, they brought out a medium order and said sorry we will correct that then a few min. Later they brought out one coconut shrimp that is not much of a difference between a med. order and a large. We also waited quite a long time for our orders to come out. Our waiter was very friendly but still things were slow we were ther around 4 or 4:30 so not many people there.
