Great food! Great waitstaff! Never had a bad meal, we celebrate at Claim Jumper with our family every chance we get
We went on an early Mother's Day Dinner with my sister, mother and I. We waited about 20mins before we got seated. Everything was going just right until we had the hostess seat us we asked for a highchair for a niece and asked to bring on the side of where my niece was and the hostess got upset and mumbles something like she was upset we asked her to move the chair. They need to get better staff. Took time for someone to come and get us to a table. Waiter took his time to refill drinks. Didn't like salad or ranch
Had a horrible experience.... bread is dried out salad was wilted server did not give us refills n or checked on us so mgr comp our meal! We never had bad service there ever

My family and I went here for dinner today, we were seated before a huge dinner party arrived. The hostess sat us down and told us it would be momentarily before the server would arrive. We waited 10 minutes and a group of servers walked right by us. The huge party seated in front of us were being served drinks already and had two servers helping there table. Needless to say, my family and I were highly disappointed with the customer service and staff. Will not be coming back.
