Claim Jumper had excellent service and my meal, their Club Sandwich was also excellent !!
I'll start with the good. Our waiter was great very personable and apologetic. That's all that was good. I ordered the roasted chicken I asked what the sides were and they said one was mac and cheese. My girlfriend ordered the chicken fried steak. I received more order and the mac and cheese was loaded with jalapeños which I don't like. But it looked good. I asked for no jalepenos and literally it was pasta with velveeta it was gross. It was a good salad. Hardly worth $15.99 though! When I think of all the salad (S) I could make for $16.00, it blows me away! But then, I don't do this Restaurant that often. And then, they totally messed up on Bill. 26 people all lumped together on one...and they couldn't void it out & start over?!?!? I suspect it makes tips higher to make that mistake🤔🤔

Food is always great and every time we are there the manager comes around tho see how we like the food and service. Delicious Mac n cheese, luv luv their zucchini and house Ranch dressing. Also had the calamari with Thai Cole slaw--wonderful! Maryann had the rib eye steak....tender and delicious. Lots of food!!!
Food was outstanding. Service was slow and just not there.
Last Wednesday was my first time at this restaurant, I felt a little bad because we got there 1hr before closing time, yet the service was amazing, the drink I ordered was tasty and the potatoe-cheddar soup was very delicious. I also ordered a Caesar salad but it wasn't great I did not like it much and the portion is small for the price. But we are definitely going back for more potatoe-cheddar soup.
