RecommendedGreat customer service! They really go the extra mile!
Worst bank I have ever had! Every person I have ever talked to has treated me like I am a moron and won't even let me finish talking when I am trying to explain an issue. I get cut off or talked to with a tone from whoever I am talking to as if I am the last thing on the planet they want to deal with. I feel all the employees should be retrained in customer service. I had better service at Bank of America and they screwed me out of 50 dollars. At least their employees are nice to me.
