Since opening the new branch in Gresham this bank has only gotten worse. For over two months now, any time I attempt to use the new "top of the line ATMs" I get nothing but the maddening message "transactions not available at this time". I am unable to deposit money, withdraw money or complete any other transaction including a balance inquiry. Help local business customers when there is a national crisis
Start by helping small businesses get Corona virus financial relief and participate in the federal PPP loan program. Very disappointed.... from a 20 year customer. Otherwise a very great group of employees.☹️
Need to improve their website for current and potential customers. Also, when I called to ask about account offering information and rate schedules that should've been on there, they were unable to assist me with that information. Moved on...
Family owned!! They knows their customers by name. If they offer a drive-up, they use it, unlike another bank in town. Community involvement. I am very excited for this to happen and their building will have a very nice added feature. stay tuned
Banked with this wonderful community bank for almost 30 years. Still have an account with my son. Tried to cash a $145 tax return check and because my husband who also had an account with them for flipping ever wasn’t with me and we TOGETHER no longer have an account... they would not cash the check. They KNOW us. But rules are rules and they are not customer friendly. If you don’t bank there... don’t consider it. The staff at Sandy, Gresham and Boring branches have all been helpful and accommodating. When I had fraud issues Julia went the extra mile to help me with my new account which took several days to over a week of me popping in and saying HELP! She was there each and every time. Thank you to all the rest of you who have helped both my husband and I over the years at each of the 3 branches I mentioned.
