CKO plumbing did a great job for me and I would highly recommend them. We had an old cast-iron Plumbing line failure under my concrete slab in the basement that I need to rerouted to the main stack. Had a road rage encounter with one of the senior technicians who was in the wrong and not only threatened someone but did it in a company vehicle, called out owner of company on it and to no surprise garbage protects garbage, plenty of better people in this world regardless of skill and these guys seem to be the nastiest to people they don’t even know. If this is how they act on the way to a job, god only knows how they are in your home
High praise for this company and its dedicated employees. I had a plumbing emergency shortly before Christmas. I phoned very early in the morning and to my surprise the owner answered the phone direcly. His professional crew was at my house before the sun came up. Chuck was very knowledgeable and informative. He was able to fix my problem and save me a ton of work. Needless to say I was very impressed. I recommend everyone in WNY start here before going anywhere else. Thank you CKO! Thank you Chuck!
The drain tiles under my house were broken. The basement leaked every time it rained. CKO Plumbing sent a team in to dig up the perimeter of my basement, throw out the 85 year old pipes and put in new ones. The guys hand carried everything out of my basement and then carried all of the new gravel and cement into the basement. Even though this was a huge job the guys put pride in their work.
