RecommendedI have really enjoyed the sessions so far. The coaches are great to work with and are encouraging, as I am really out of shape. I appreciate the positive yet continuous pushing to keep going. My wife and I love the late classes offered. Very professional but very personal approach.
RecommendedCKO Allendale is amazing! I am having so much fun working on getting back in shape after many years off... the teachers are so great and allow you to work at your own pace. The owner Fara is awesome! But I warn you, its addictive!

I love this workout. It is challenging every time, so my muscles never settle into a boredom. Not to mention the staff and other clients are so welcoming and friendly. The first class I went to, I was so timid (I had literally never punched anything in my life). The instructor, Matt, helped me start off with great form to keep me injury free and get a great workout in!
