RecommendedTook an outdoor class here over the summer and I really enjoyed it 💜 helped me blow off a lot of steam in a healthy. The instructor was really engaging and made us work and has helped me stay in shape ever since 💜 would definitely sign up for another class in the future 😊

Best workout. You relieve so much stress while you work out, each class is different and fun. You never loose interest and you leave feeling energized and amazing. If you never tried a class I suggest it, they have free trials. What other gym does that?
It's a great workout... works everything... plus it's great for stress release! This location is fantastic because the instructors all have different styles so you never get bored, but they always let you go at your own pace... you're not harassed or shamed into doing more than you can do. Everyone is very supportive...there are members of all ages and sizes...a great experience all the way around!

CKO Allendale is amazing! I am having so much fun working on getting back in shape after many years off... the teachers are so great and allow you to work at your own pace. The owner Fara is awesome! But I warn you, its addictive!
