I had my hair done by Crystal through a lucky walk-in experience a while back. I should know better to walk into a random salon (I was new to the area) and have a stranger work on my hair - but I took the plunge and was so glad I did! Crystal had a cancellation so it was my lucky day. I sat in her chair and told her as 'light and bright' as she could get me which she beautifully achieved. Will be calling in the next few days to make another appointment with Crystal again. Thankful I found a salon to trust.
