As a breast cancer survivor, I expected sensitivity and understanding. Instead, the surgeon was clinical and cold, focusing only on technical details. The emotional aspect of my journey was completely ignored during our consultations.
I am a client of theirs, and they've done such a great job on my skin. My skin have gotten better. Sophia took care of me, explains very well, and guided throughout the entire process. I would recommend this place. They are very patient and profesional.
The consultation felt more like a sales pitch. The surgeon recommended multiple expensive procedures I didn't need and pressured me to book immediately. I never felt my concerns were genuinely heard or addressed.
My breast augmentation left me with asymmetrical results and obvious scars. What was supposed to be a confidence boost has become a source of stress. I'm deeply disappointed with the poor workmanship and lack of aesthetic skill.
