Love the new CK Agency! Great company to work with and Liz is a very thoughtful person. I had multiple move-in times I was trying to work with and we got on the same page to make it as easy as possible. The maintenance also gets done very quickly when you put in a request which is very helpful.
The new leasing Manager for Ck is awesome she gets things done as quickly as she possibly can considering they have only 1 maintenance man at this time things get fixed fairly quickly. She listens to the problems of the tenants and figures out the most efficient way of getting the problem solved.
The new leasing manager is much more quick and efficient than the previous one. As soon as she took over the improvements to the building started getting done at a much faster place and if maintenance is needed it's looked at and possibly taken care of the next day if not the same day.
A great team of people who care about their tenants needs first and foremost!
