I have been a CJS customer for six+ years and have never been disappointed. They have always arrived w/i the time frame set forth and if there is a delay, you are likewise informed. Bill W******* II was here today and spent app. 2 hours trying to determine the source of what I have called a "growl" that has been annoying me since last August. He ran several tests and thinks he may have located the origin and recommended very simply that I have been using a not quite right air filter. I highly recommend them! Dana K.

Perfect! Ben performed an annual furnace health check for us today. He was running early today and called ahead to see if that was okay. He was quick and efficient. Invited us twice to ask any questions we had. Discovered no issues, and there was no "up sell." Clean, screened, trained, and timely...just like their ads say.

Guillermo from CJS responded to my call when my furnace was not properly working. He was polite/courteous and very professional. He is professional competent and also personable. Fixed our issue and educated me on how to keep my system healthy to prevent the issue I had. Top notch gold star service!
