Sketchy operation. I had to force them for contact on a property after I found another place I contacted them withdrew my application and they would not return my fee. An hour after I withdrew I got an email saying I was denied right after I withdrew. SHADY.
These people are horrible to deal with. I paid them $123 for an application fee. We sent id's, check stubs etc. I told krystal long if they weren't going to approve us dont take our money and she did. Then she sent an email with an attachment of the reason they denied us. It was incorrect and I'm not sure where she got the information .
Over the last 3 years there has been some significant improvement overall. Thank you!
I rented from cj for 6 months this last time and the time before that over 13 months with never being late on rent. The last time I rented from them I had got down on my luck and had problems paying on time. They did not work with me after I told them I would leave 30 days and find somewhere else to live they called their attorney and served me with a consent to evict. Horrible company, I have never worked with a company with less compassion. And be ready when you move out to make sure everything is better than when you move in, they are HORRIBLE to work with.
