This company is terrible. We did not know who these guys were until our current management company gave some of their accounts to them back in December 2018. We were informed in a letter from our current management company that CJ was taking over and they would be mailing us information on how to pay them. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Management team is extremely unprofessional and rude! They never return your phone calls. They force you into a month-to-moth lease by refusing to return calls or set up another twelve-moth lease, leaving you subject to rent increase at their discretion. Wouldn’t recommend, they charge you for everything they can think of when you move out. $125 to replace two light bulbs and clean 1 ceiling fan, which had been recently cleaned. When I moved in the carpet had cat hair balls and the place was not clean. I’m sure they kept the previous tenants deposit for non cleaning and never used it towards cleaning prior to my move in.

This is a horrible company to work with. You can never reach anyone at this office and they mess things up so that you wind up with charges (and conveniently no one to dispute the charges to since they don’t answer phone calls). They waited a day before we were supposed to sign a lease and move in before letting us know that the property wouldn’t be ready. After seeing all of the horrible reviews we decided to just get our deposit back and not work with them. A month later and we are being told we have overdue balances.

If I could get 0 stars I would. Took our entire deposit then charged us 136 more for “cleaning.” 500$ of which was to paint the walls. The paint they gave us did not match or was dried up. Charged us 200$ to clean out an unfinished basement that was empty since day 1. Their maintenance team was horrible and nothing was ever fixed in a timely manner. Do not recommend. The units are cheaply built and we heard our neighbors constantly, who were families and were not loud whatsoever.

These people are horrible. They never come out when there are issues at the property. We've had to call numerous times day after day until they finally get tired of you calling. We had been living here for years without then renewing the lease like we asked and then told we were on a month to month lease which we never signed paperwork for but leaves us subject to then raising the rent whenever they want. Do not rent from these people because you will regret.

I have lived in the same house for two years and they took over the property just this past year. The staff is very unprofessional, when you try to call anyone you get a voice mail message. We got the number of the maintenance guy they go through so that we don't even have to deal with their horrible customer service. Then they threatened us to be evicted if we didn't pay a late fee that wasn't even ours. They are just awful. Will never rent from them again.
