The bannisters at the top of my attic stairs were very unstable, and I was reluctant to use them. I wasn’t even sure what kind of solution to ask for. Dave promptly came to the house, came up with the ideal solution to the problem, and provided me with a written estimate that was very reasonable. He gave me a start date, and the amount of time the work would take. Needless to say, Dave and Chris fulfilled every aspect of our agreement with precision and care.
