I should’ve learned my lesson last time. Maybe they are under the impression they are the only game in town? Or that their products and service are superior to others? Is that the reason why they never call back or when they do they let the phone ring once and hang up? They are a complete joke. Don’t waste your time and attempt to call them. Worst costumer service ever. I gave them several chances and could never get them to talk to me. I will never try to use them again. I hope others read this and other reviews before wasting their time!
This review is for Joe Coleman. If I were rating the rest of the customer service team, they would all get a 1 star review as they are ALL fully incompetent. I had an issue with a backordered part... after calling the customer service department and speaking with different reps over and over again for weeks, I was finally connected with Joe. He was able to find a good solution to my issue quickly and professionally. I would fully recommend working with Joe on all of your customer service needs..
CJ Pony parts is one of the worst in customer service I have ever dealt with. Their culture is to outright ignore the customer. There is no way I will continue to do business with them. If you do, good luck if anything goes wrong. Buyer beware!

Easy to order online. Atrocious customer service if a call is needed... tried calling the other day ... > 1 hour wait. Tried online support via the web... after I asked the question, the connection was disconnected. Tried calling again today... selected Call Back... 70 min estimate (took longer)... received call and waited 9 minutes for customer service rep to get on the phone...
