You don't really know what kind of business you're dealing with until you have a problem and get to see how they handle it. Based on that test, CJ Pony Parts is a good business. CJ Pony Parts scammed me out of $2500, I placed an order for one car hood they billed me for two, i tried cancel the whole order they said would not as its ben processed. When they shipped it the delivery driver and frieght company refused to deliver my house as was to heavy, i paidd $500 for shipping got scammed i just wanted one hood, they never delivered it to my house left it one block away, it was never to be seen after that, reported it to Cj, they said toi get a refunbd back they need their product back and ship, Wtf... read more

This website is horrible please be aware that they sale products that are on back order for months has if they have them in stock. Still trying to get my refund 2 months later after I was told it was canceled and horrible customer service !! STAY AWAY go to other reputable sites and buy !!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
How these people have a review score above one star baffles me. There was a time in the past when I did business with CJ Pony Parts. Recent business dealings has completely changed my mind. Bottom line is… they are the worst company in the world to get anything related to customer service from. Period. Don’t waste your time and money! No matter how desperate you are go somewhere else!
Do not buy from them. I purchased seatbelts and they were too short. I called to ask for a return label. I called at least half a dozen times and waited at least a collective 4.5 hours on hold. And after all that they said that their product was "not advertised to fit they were advertised to be 116 inches." So they made me pay $60 to return the items. I will not be purchasing from them again. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen.
What is worst is the commutation waste non existent. Wanted window parts and half showed up other half back ordered. Should have given me call to let me know something. Would not rwcommend
CJ's used to be reliable, but communication over the past year has been terrible. Additionally, very disorganized and they claim COVID problems. For some reason they resolved COVID sourcing of materials, but their customer service and communication could not be worse. Seriously delayed my rebuild and cost me a lot of extra money.
