At 9pm on a Sunday our hot water heater decided to break and leak. I called Chuck and he answered right away. He came to look at it the next morning while his guys were picking up a new tank. They came about an hour later and had a new tank installed in a few hours - all within 19 hours of my first call! Unrelated, a week later, our tub wouldn't drain.
