The person who books the appointments doesn't have a clue what she's doing! We were supposed to be booked for Friday the 30th and when I confirmed today, she said she never really booked the appointment I scheduled off work to attend! Hopefully the dentist is better than the help because they aren't competent at ALL! Be sure to follow up because the appointment wasn't even really scheduled. Poor customer service so far!
Very poor service. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:20 PM, which I confirmed three times after receiving calls and text from the clinic. However, when I arrived, no one informed me of anything and I was left waiting for 30 minutes without any explanation. When I finally asked, I was told that my appointment had never been scheduled, and that if I wanted to be seen, I would have to wait the doctor to finish with the current patient and then two other patients were attended first.
