Update-3/3/26 Well her we are, a week later and still no response from The Avenues of Fort Bend or Civitas, despite the nice response below asking for my information. There is no follow through when there is a problem with this community or their parent company. Try calling, everything goes to a voice mail and every mail box is full and hangs up on you. Very poor communication and follow through on issues at Stonecreek Assisted Living facility by Civitas. Four directors in 14 months! There are a few caregivers who are excellent but the management is poor. You can’t even go to the Civitas office in Fort Worth to talk with anyone because it’s a locked facility. Calling is a waste of time because no one returns calls. Once my Mom passed, they supposedly sent the refund check to her apartment despite having an address on their own ‘check out’ form. The catch phrases used “passionate care, passionate cleanliness, passionate service” aren’t real; they are for marketing purposes only. This company gives residents as little as possible while demanding mor and more ~ they raise our rates 8 to 10 percent every year! The owners don’t invest prophets back into the buildings; they line their pockets. Good caregivers leave because they are not fairly compensated.
Awful communications when trying to find answers to simple questions. Who knows who is in charge, no one accepts responsibility, and they hide behind robotic answering systems so they do not have to actually speak to people and address problem issues. It's always the "residents fault". Count yourself lucky if you find a live person with authority, or the facility admits their mistake, or the facility actually follows through and corrects an issue.
