We came here for our 19th wedding anniversary....one of our first dates he invited me over and cooked me dinner, Swedish meatballs, I broke his heart when I told him I didn't eat meat...now here it is, over 20 years later and he takes me to an Italian restaurant with a vegan menu!!! The food was great, especially the "calamari", the staff was kind and efficient...very good experience!!!

Lemoncello chicken on a bed of perfectly grilled veggies. Caprese with a fabulously smoky and salty prosciutto on a bed of arugula drizzled with balsamic. Civico is my go-to in little Italy. Always great food and great service.
Amazing people and even more amazing food! Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Can't wait to go back!!

This place is great. My parents were visiting from out of town and my Mom is a vegan. They had a special vegan menu with many vegan choices. The bread was delicious. I had a salad. It was very fresh. My husband had gnocchi and he loved it. My dad had the salmon and enjoyed it as well. The service was excellent. We had a couple of bottles of wine and the server made sure that our glasses were always full. We sat outside, as it was a beautiful San Diego night and we could not have been happier.
