Perfect location. Kyle the manager is very friendly, available and approachable. Clean, safe and nice size apartments.
Pros: - Good value for the rent price (includes water and appliances - gas stove and washer/dryer are nice) - Very responsive maintenance - almost all my small problems have been fixed the next day - My 1 bedroom apt is the perfect size and the heat and A/C work great - Nice location downtown, decent parking - Friendly management - Pets allowed Cons: - Parking isn't covered/garage - being out in the open is tough during winter - Cable and internet not included - Interior hallways are kind of dark/ugly - Several incidents ove... read more
Apartments were nice and close to all . Management was poor as well as needing things fixed . Requests would get lost ,r ink would disappear some how .. excuse after excuse . Common areas needed cleaning /dumpster rooms we dumps Manager would sit in office with door closed unless Corp was coming in . Need a better place to live then a dorm . We moved .
Civic Square ,used to be one of the best places to live , close to downtown , and all . Now forget it . is the worst . Smokey and dirty hall ways . . Rent rates up and no cable anymore beware of that . You have to pay for it yourself Corp office never responds . Parking is bad not enough spaces for all tenants . Moved to a better place .
Had to move, poor management Smoke filled hallways, common areas not kept clean (carpets -pet stained) Corporation office poor and unavailable . Rent increases unreasonable .
Management used to be good . Smoking , loud music , allowed . Rules apply to some and not to others. Not the professional building that is advertised . Corp office is unresponsive. We are moving too .
Nice apartments, but management is questionable . Rules for some are not for all . Money was the driving force, not the residents . We lived there many years had to move . Used to a nice place to live .
Excellent Management Team Here and at Kodiak Apartment Complex Maintain that highest of quality of care of complex and the needs of residents . Apartments are well worth you time to check out . Not just a an apartment but a place to call home .
