I have a been a customer at this salon coming up 30years. I started out in Oakville. Moved to Toronto. I have been a loyal customer. The customer service associate that answers the phone has no customer service skills. Queen st location. I have called many times trying to get an appointment. I normally see Michael who is amazing. I f he is not available I am okay with another highlight technician and stylist. I had asked the associate that I spoke to this morning to have a manager call. No response. I felt completely taken care of at Civello Queen. The staff are attentive, the salon is clean and welcoming, and Brando gave me exactly the fringe trim I wanted while making me feel comfortable the whole time. I will see you at Rosedale. The Civello brand is unbelievable and the salons are always welcoming and accommodate.
