We have not had a good experience at all with Citywide. It's difficult to speak with anyone, they want you to schedule phone calls and don't readily give the phone number. We were sent bills and got no service. After trying to rent our duplex for 3 months, they literally gave up and told us to find another prop manager. They also didn't take care of the property and I got an ordinance violation notice from the City, even though Citywide was charging us for "lawn" services. Not happy at all
