Thank you CITY WIDE you made our move go so smoothly and the care you took to get our furniture out of our old house and into our new home was amazing. You even moved our hutch from one side of the dining room to the other because we decided it didn’’go’ where we originally wanted it. Nothing was too much for them and we are now enjoying our new home. The guys were, hard working, fast, efficient and fun �what more could you want

Had a wonderful experience. They called and let me know when they were going to arrive - early. They were funny and efficient. They even deferred their lunch to make sure they finished our move. No dings or broken items. Even helped plan the best location for the furniture for us. Would absolutely use them again.

Unfortunately things did not go well with this company, I contacted CityWide Moving Systems through their website to get a quote for our move from Matthews to Waxhaw. I was initially pleased with the customer service from Kathy as she walked me through an estimate by phone. I had two other companies come to the house to get additional quotes for service. All aspects of my parents move with Citywide Moving Systems were absolutely fantastic! The entire office team and all moving teams we dealt with were personable, respectful, and treated my entire family as part of the team.
