These guys are great! A great company that takes care of your moving needs. We have had horrible experiences with other moving companies but Citywide takes all the care in the world with your belongings to make your move a stress free experience.

5 Stars is what I gave them. However, after we started opening boxes and settle in, we noticed that there were two items missing...a motorcycle jack and a tool box. I have contacted Citywide twice and I have not received a response. The crew was fine and they did a fantastic job being careful and professional. It seems it's not the crew, it's the office personnel that dropped the ball. I'm sure THEFT is NOT the problem, it's customer service that can be a little more servicesable
Dwight and Waylen were prompt, professional and hardworking. They were very careful with our things and with our new floors and paint. I would recommend them to anyone needing help for moving. We have used Citywide for multiple moves including moving my mother from Northwestern Pennsylvania to Charlotte. They will be our first call the next time we need help.
Waylon, Dwight, Joe and Wayne did a phenomenal job with our move!! Fast, but extremely careful with all of our stuff. Very friendly personalities, and extremely hard workers! I HIGHLY recommend!! Worth every penny!!
