Unprofessional, nightmare of a situation. I was expecting to pay more than the quoted amount for our move last month but was completely blindsided by the constant complaining (worst job ever, apparently), the insistence on monetary tips and incentives throughout the day- even after $200 cash tips were given “so they would finish the job,” the cigarette butts and trash left at both the old and new house locations, and the damage to our hardwood floors, cabinets, and even our piano. 5 stars My name is Elizabeth. I give this company 5 stars. Waylen and Dwight were the best. They were very professional and was obvious they care about their profession. Took a lot of stress off my shoulders the minute they started the move. The move took a lot less time due to their hard work and “get it done quickly and efficiently attitude”. Kathy was equally impressive in setting the move up for me. I will use this company again and recommend them highly.
I highly recommend Citywide for anyone who wants a truly professional team - from office staff, booking agent and moving team- for the utmost care and efficiency for your relocation needs. Our move was not only a smooth event, it was made enjoyable by this group.
Everything went incredibly well and easy from scheduling a quote to the day of our move. The Citywide employees clearly communicated every step of our long distance move and were very helpful, informative, and professional throughout. They went above and beyond our expectations.
