I do not recommend City View Real Estate Services. The parking lot is horrible ever since LBF has opened it is not a safe environment do to mold falling ceilings no running water etc. Please do not utilize this business.
Preying on vulnerable survivors of people grieving the loss of a loved one. Over a year now of letters seemingly monthly pressuring to buy a house the deceased didn’t own. These people have zero ethics as I’ve asked them to stop sending me letters and they won’t. I hope you don’t have to watch your mother languish for months in bed dying after a lingering painful illness. Because these people won’t leave you alone and will shove it in your face monthly.
I've been an investor with CityView for over a year now. Very professional. They know the KC market inside and out and will protect investors with due diligence and knowledge.
