I do not reccomend them, due to the fact of mold inside the building, the air wouldn't work all the time, and the hot water wouldn't stay hot, after complaining abt it several times. the complaints was not fixed in a timely manner... it made my clients uncomfortable, and also tye parking lot was horrible, pot holes everywhere...

I personally would not recommend CityView Real Estate. Just a couple of weeks ago I was informed that the water to the building was off. I was told that the owner did not pay the bill which resulted in the water being disconnected. LBF services persons with special needs, the elderly and cancer patients! This is unacceptable behavior on the landlords part. A leaky roof, pothole ridden parking lot and overflowing dumpsters are just a few of the unsatisfactory items that Ms. Bush is paying rent to have.

First thing is the parking lot when you pull up has several pot holes & will definitely damage your tires if you are not careful. Leaking ceilings when it rains which has fallen in while working out & could have hurt me or someone else. I have also noticed some mold. Recently the water was off & I couldn’t workout. I would NOT recommend CityView Real Estate Services.

The Parking lot could use more attention, more parking spaces, Less trash Trash bends all around the Buliding So people can stop using the trash bins for there purpose an not the Tenants. The tenants never can put there trash in the trash Dumpsters because the Trash is always full. The ceiling has a lot of Stains on it. the water is not running well in the Salon.!!!!!! So many things wrong an not enough room to write all the complaints.

Lonnie Bush has made the best out of a horrible situation. From the very beginning the building has had problems. One bathroom backs up, the ceiling constantly leaking to the point of placing buckets not only throughout the building but in the workout area taking up space. It was excuse after excuse on when things would be fixed and while the winter was hard on all the roads, this is a privately owned lot and the potholes are almost a game of duck duck goose, your it! Please do NOT use this as a reputable business. I think they prey on people’s kindness as a way to get ahead in their business. The parking lot at the LBF Lonnie Bush Fitness establishment is terrible. Holes all throughout the parking lot making it an obstacle course to find a parking spot. Constant leaking/dripping ceiling causing Lonnie to have to use buckets to catch the water while clients are trying to workout. Air conditioner is definitely not sufficient for this business as well. All around poor service.

The parking lot is terrible!! And something is definitely wrong with the ventilation system in LBF. Makes working out almost unbearable

CityView has been the worst landlord (slumlord) to my cherished client, and terrible to work with. Does not pay their bills, ignore property emergencies and impossible to communicate with. He and his attorney take advantage of people, don’t deliver on a vast amount of empty promises and weaponize the legal system against people to bully them. Avoid.

I do not recommend this company. The parking lot of the facility they manage is horrible. Tne parking lot is full of huge potholes. The ceiling is leaking an unfinished on the inside and now there is nor running water. Shame on you for taking advantage of a cancer survivor, an honorable amd loving business woman who is constantly giving bsck to her community amd helping cancer patients. This company promised to make this building fit all of LBF's needs but they have not met one.
