Amazing service, they pamper me and take care of me everytime. from mani/pedis, bubble baths/drying to semi/annuals and when ever I have a tummy bug they are purrrfect. Though I'm moving 10 miles away in Mesquite and Franck and Justine coming with me. I will still come to CItyVet White Rock for their great Spa and health wellness services =(^-^)=
I like the attention given by the staff at White Rock City Vet, recognizing my dog and me over the phone and in person and being conscientious to find out what we want in care and grooming.
They always go above and beyond the call of duty! They are also very affordable, and explain every single cost to me. I will never need another vet office again.
My first visit to the vet about a month ago was sad due to my 12 y.o. cat being very sick. Dr. Farr and the other staff were so kind to us when we lost Lumpy. Visited today with our new 8-week kitten, Charlotte, who is sweet and a little feisty! Dr. Farr explained that we would be seeing Dr.Turner who was just as kind as Dr. Farr. Charlotte received excellent kitten care and I cannot recommend City Vet and their staff highly enough.
We took all three of our dogs there today for the first time and loved everyone at City Vet!! So happy we made the change. I would highly recommend City Vet
I am the medical director for Duck Team 6 street dog rescue. We have sent many of our dogs to Dr Farr and staff and have always had the best experience. The entire staff takes time to answer my questions, explain procedures, and is straight forward on charges. I appreciate their concern and compassion for the pets. They are always willing to do what's needed even if it means staying late or coming in on their days off.
I recently took my dog Dexter to get his annual shots. Dexter is a rescue and when he is outside his element he gets extremely nervous and anxious. CVWR has been extremely patient with Dexter and they have one of the best service I have ever received! Highly recommended.
